I am selling the jb3 chip burner with extra chip. I found out that I can not burn chips with my mac so im looking to sell it.

Sorry to update - I bought this from MKPOTO, took a while to send it to me, once it got here i installed software as per Terry's site, plugged it into the usb port on my laptop and it will not recognise the burner, i tried to resolve it with Terry and then MkPoto, He said he would try to get me a replacement but soon thereafter he stopped responding. Its been practically 1 month with me trying to resolve this issue. MkPOTO has been civil and initially helpful but here i am sitting with a broken burner no responses. It was sold to me as new ( listed above).

All i want is a working chip burner or money back. I will gladly mail back the unit at my cost. Please respond...

sorry im going to call mike @ n54tuning, I will call him directly tomorrow to see what he can do, but if it ends up he not willing to help me out I will refund you the money. I am not trying to avoid you or not respond, work has been super hectic being that it is the end of the year for me. I will wait till friday and if he does not respond or I can not get a hold of him on the phone I will refund your money.

I got a hold of mike through pm, can you tell me what error message your getting?

This is the OS message. I also do not see it in Device manager, ie its not a driver issue.

Are you planning on doing anything about this or not ? I pm'ed you but never get a response till i post here where the public can see. You need to sort this out immediately. If you don't respond does not mean that i will drop the subject. I have been accomodating and polite so far.....

Sorry to hear about that. I am having a similar issue. I bought a homelink mirror from him a couple of months back. He kept giving me the run around, telling me he accidentally shipped it to Canada. Then he finally gave me a tracking number which happened to be the wrong one. Now he has stopped responding to my PMs. Its been over 2 months and I am still waiting =\ Hopefully your issue gets resolved as well.

why would you do that? i dont have a intel based mac so of course it wont work on my mac, and it was all squared away by mike @ n54tuning read before you comment
