I dont want to use it, dont trust it... The facker should have read advert and sent cheque.

WHY DO PEOPLE do things when you ask them not too. I want to have stern words with this person.

I will have to access it and send it back and ask for cheque.

Email the fanny and tell him he will need to sort it out at his side. I'm sure he can contact them and explain the prob and they will cancel the transaction.

Carl, I dont see the issue??????/

When you log into paypal and view the transaction, you will see if your eligible for seller protection, you almost certainly will be.

This is THE quickest & safest way of accepting money on ebay! I have 2 accounts and accept about £3000 a month, all via PAYPAL (I wont accept any other method) and never had any issues.

If I was a buyer, I would only pay via paypal. Whats to say you will cash his cheque and not send the goods. Using paypal gives both parties a level of protection. As long as you send the goods registered post so you can track it and obtain a signature that is all you need to do. If he claims he has never received them , simply provide the tracking reference to paypal.

What is this buyers feedback like? If decent why worry?????

Dont see you issue here, being a bit of a drama queen IMO!!

From what I remember, when you post items on ebay you select preferred payment methods and you can remove paypal. This means the buyer can't sent the cash because ebay doesn't supply your email addy for paypal...

Sellers are forced to accept Payscam when you sell something on Fleecebay now and if you say state a preference it gets removed as it's against their rules.

As Steve says - you have to have paypal as an option.

What the fuck is the problem with it, you have to accept it to use ebay, therefore you have no choice, other than not using ebay.

You used ebay so you need to accept paypal.

If you now refuse it you are in breach of your contract.

Just log into paypal and choose to transfer the funds to your bank, simple and quicker than any other payment.
