Tranny fluid change: RL MT-90 or MTL?

Need some input for changing tranny fluid on a 2006 325i 6spd MANUAL transmission.

Should it be: Redline MT-90 or Redline MTL? or a mix with Shockproof?

I've searched, but havn't come up with anything concrete.

ive heard redline products are mainly for racecars that get changes after every event. and that something more suitable for everyday should be used.

UPDATE: I've swapped out the Synchromax. The great shifting it provided only lasted a few months, then was about the same as the factory fluid w/60K miles on it.

I put in Redline D4 ATF for use in the Phoenix extremely hot climate. According to Redline tech support, D6 ATF is closest viscosity to the factory fluid and is recommended, espec. in colder climates (D6 is about 10% thinner than D4, so not much difference -- Synchromax is a heavier viscosity than even the D4.)

Ive used both MTL and RP synchromax in my E90 and the RP is better for street use in our cars.

The correct factory fill should be printed on a sticker on the transmission itself. My guess would be Pentosin MTF-LT-2

I used redline MTL. Actually made the car shift better.
