Horribile drag time....
Mods jb3 map 5,intake,muffler delete
E.T. (best) 13.563 @108.3 mph 60 ft 2.1 This does not make any sense why the hell i ran so high a 12.3 secong lotus turbo was also having troubles he could only get 13.0 out of his car and the other turbo guys said its the temp messing us up. Another thing is on my way home i did some highway pulls 80-120 and the car bucks very hard when iam in the middle of fourth gear 3rd @ 80 4rpm....5rpm....6rpm.....shift 4th gear.....4rpm.....!BUCK!....BUCK!!....5rpm........ .BUCK!!.....BUCK!!...6rpm let off iam thinking their is something going on with the car holding boost or maybe its because iam running 1.3. Any suggestions guys?

It is stick but as i said even the guys that are good for 12.3 were running 1+ second's slower than usual ...but iam more worried about the way the car bucks. My shift point were arounf 6200 everytime ,My launch was a 2.1 so it aint awesome but it aint terrible for street tires.

My friend put in JB3 + DCI and tested lastnight with 12.8 @ 112mph. 2.1 60' time, 1/2 tank of 91 octane. 19" Wheel/Tires. All else stock.
So yes 2.1 is decent for street tires. But his car is steptronic.

If he was really your friend you'd drive his car down the 1/4 mile and show him what it''s capable of

I already talked to him about that. I beat him pretty good on my map #3 (w/o meth) against him map #7. I even let him start. But yesterday was his first day doing 1/4 mile practice runs, and I am letting him borrow my old Gtech to keep practicing.

Same advice as last time, update to 1.4. 108mph isn't horrible considering the poor conditions, but you must be shifting slow, bogging, or spinning to get only 13.5 ET.

Pardon my lack of knowledge, but how do they calibrate the clocks at tracks? In Houston I would consistently run .5 sec quicker down the 1/4 @ around 108, then I go to San Antonio to try their track and ran 13.2's @ 112mph all night.

It is most likely to do with track conditions and weather/elevation. Houston is known to be a fast track ET wise and they usually have great track prep so you get good traction. Look at your 60ft's from both and that will tell a lot. getting some wheel spin will clearly make your ET slower but can kick you mph up.
