Houston, Texas Advantage BMW of Clear Lake/League City

Hey folks, I placed an order for my first BMW,07 328i coupe, towards the end of September...It is almost done with production, i cant wait! Anyhow, I shopped all around Texas to get the best service...and I worked with Andy Green at Advantage BMW and he was great and the dealership was very accomodating. I had a positive experience and would I purchase from them again? No doubt about it. The service is great, shuttle rides/loaners/friendliness/no bs/ free vaccum the whole 9 yards...I would reccomend it for sure...These days on the 07 coupe in Texas your gonna get a pretty much standard rate atleast on teh coupe, but you go for service and no bs fees and just well "salesmen" and this place was great, check it out...Tell em Mike Ali from Sugarland, Tx who purchased a car recently sent you and said you were a no bs accomodating dealership and good luck to all, let me know how it goes!

I will second the remcommendation on this dealer. They seem to be fair and a good operation. I just put in an order on a 335i coupe....

Just curious...did you order a 335i through ED or to have it delivered? The reason I'm asking is because I still have to learn of a Houston dealer that is reasonable (and somewhat experienced) with ED.

Thanks,
Julian

No I am just doing the standard order here, not ED.

I went shopping around this weekend, and none of the dealers have been reasonable. Both with not coming down with MSRP, high money factor or high interest rate (7.49%)

Anybody have any success stories?

You can not find a reasonable deal in Houston...period. I went with Garlyn Shelton Imports in Temple, Tx. Worked the entire deal over the phone and through e-mail. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Not to mention an incredible deal. PM me and I'll give you the details.

I got my 2007 328i from Momentum because they gave me the best deal. Now I am trying to figure out which dealership I should use for service because Advantage BMW Midtown is about 4 miles from me whereas momentum is about 20 miles. Any of you Houston folks have any experience with Advantage BMW Midtown?

Thanks!

@ Hunter:

Johnny is going on vacation later this week for about a month and he asked me to talk to Shef and I have a call into him, still waiting to hear back.

How is Momentum with offering loaners to customers? I hope I may not even have to go in assuming the SES light would turn itself off in a day or two (if it was from the gas cap).
