I ordered their spark plug socket on the 28th and my order status still says nothing. Have any of you guys had any issues ordering from there? Should I be worried?

I've ordered quite a lot from them in the past (nothing in the last few months) and never had any issues...

the emailed me later in the day, it's on back-order for 2-3 weeks.
