As the title suggests. Regardless the price, which one do you choose?
Why/why not with pros/cons? Thank You in advance for your feedback. |

Sprintbooster doesn't actually do anything. It just changes how much your throttle pedal says it's pressed, so it goes "to the floor" with less press...
The LSD will make a big difference 'at the limits'. Flooring it in a turn WILL be VERY different. Wavetrac is nice (I am running the wavetrac). If you're RWD, I would seriously look into the OS Giken LSD, if you want to drop the extra cash. It's a 1.5 way multi-clutch that's well suited for RWD. Comes with configurable lock %, INCLUDING 100% LOCKED! 100% lock is perfect for drag and drift. The progressive locking is perfect for track, helps prevent early oversteer, and helps with trail braking. Only downside is that it's pricey, AWD doesn't need any help preventing early oversteer, and the street version is even pricier. Also, if you're RWD MT, I'd recommend spending the extra $600 and getting 3.46 gears from diffsonline. -scheherazade |

LSD of course! Spritbooster you'll have all the power in the first 70% of the gas pedal travel, the other 30% is an empty space. IMO just lay into the throttle harder.

Soni:
Do you have any connection in TO where they can install LSD at a reasonable price (mine has no welded ring)? I am in Ottawa but not sure who can install such in this town. Montreal maybe the best bet. Donc, je ne parle pas francais bien. Thanks, dude... |

sprintbooster: useless for e9x due to the throttle adaptation, unless you dont mind having it removed/reinstalled every couple of weeks.
LSD: ive been using wavetrac for a few months, works fine but sometimes I hear a cracking noise from the differential area when starting up the car, not sure if its due to faulty installation. one thing you needa know, it only makes big difference "at the limits" as somebody mentioned, so if you dont regularly or never push your car to the limit, it may not be worth it. |

Go with the Quaife LSD...its proven. I read many times about "noises" from the Wavetrac LSD.
Sprintbooster...no way !

LSD is great for any conditions in which you are breaking traction. With the 335, that can be a lot of the time. It's also fantastic for snow.

99% of us will not know the difference between a Quaife and Wavetrac on the street or track. Quaife ATB has proven its bullet prove reliability. Wavetrac has been good so far, but only time will tell. |
