2010's: No secondary water pump = no turbo cooldown?
Fellas...
According to this forum, the absence of the HVAC "REST" feature in the 2010's is due to cost cutting on BMW's part. Apparently the secondary water pump has been removed. The water pump in my '07 335i will also run automatically for a short period of time after hard running in order to cool the turbos. Is this the same water pump that BMW shelved for the 2010's???
