m3 wheels real or fake

I was wondering if these wheels are real or fake. The person selling them seems real nice, and he is very helpful, wheel are 18x8 front and 18x9 back. but here is the kicker the pics that he sent me shows the little m3 badge unside down on all four wheels. i have a pic to show you what i mean, if you every seen a m3 wheel then you will notice right alway. I just want to know is it a honest mistake or is foul play.

ask for pictures of the backside; real OEM wheels will have BMW part numbers on them cast into the back; as far as I know, no replica wheels have that.

the upside-dowm m-tags are suspicious though..

The holes are different. On the first photo the holes are totally cutt out and the letters X and L stand on another place.

And the on the top picture on the left side the first number is a 1. on the second picture it is 2.

Different part numbers for front and rear wheels maybe.

After all, the rears are wider than the fronts wheels.
