Help please with fog light

Hi guys,

I need help installing fog light, I got E90 320i (standard version) with no fog light but recently bought the fog light OEM BMW from overseas but do not know how to install them. Any suggestions? How much to install (btw i live in Sydney)? or maybe DIY instruction?
