Does your trunk pop up?
When you press the trunk release button on your remote, does your trunk pop up? Is there supposed to be a spring that pulls the trunk lid up?
Mine does not pop up, so I need to lift it up with my hand. There is no spring action at all and I need to pull it all the way up. Is this normal? |

you prob need new shocks things. mine usually pull half way up it goes up on it's own. and i have dynamat which makes the trunk heavier

It takes a little effort. I like it. I've accidentally hit the trunk button before while walking away from my car and I didn't even realize it until I got in and went to drive away a while later. You couldn't even tell visually that the trunk was opened. So I prefer it this way.
