Has anyone installed a boost conroller on their 335i?

Like the title says has anyone installed a boost controller on their 335i, and turned up the boost past the 8.5 psi?

A manual boost controller or traditional electronic boost controller will not work because the N54 uses vacuum controlled wastegates (That is what the JB4, Procede, and Cobb AP are for). Not to mention, without an electronic interface, the DME will hold the throttle closed to prevent boost from going above stock settings.

Now, if you have modified your car with a traditional turbo and wastegate setup, a standard boost controller will work with one caveat; you will still need some form of electronic interface to keep the DME from closing throttle and setting off a CEL.
