m8 just buy a can of black plastic dip works a treat on all chrome

I can show you pics if you want. Saves you around 50 quid and just as good.

Are you after gloss or matt?

Gloss grill BMW part numbers are: left 51712155451 and right 51712155450

Best thing just go out and buy the BMW peformance gloss black grill. They are about 70 for the pair, but, see thread of getting 15% off price. Also then sell your chrome ones on ebay, got 30 for mine. At the end of the day nothing beats OEM in terms of fit and quality.

Would also advise against trying to paint on chrome as it is very prone to chipping and hence why so many vendors offer full replacements even though painting over the chrome is very easy to do.
