Swissvaxx Detailing @ Pentagon Car Sales, Kaiserslautern

Many of you may be interested in getting your car detailed or paint corrected. Here is a Youtube Video of my car after the Swissvax detail using their top of the line Crystal Rock.

Below are pictures of my car during the beginning stages of detail.

I was very happy with the outcome and the service that Dennis provides is top notch. The best thing to do is to visit him at Pentagon Car Sales in the lower garage and he will provide you a free consultation. He will also be glad to show you a demonstration of Swissvax.
If you are interested, please contact myself or Hans Trower for more information.

He has already detailed many M-Flight cars and others high end cars.

How long does an exterior detail take, and how much does it run? Thanks

Normally the cars he details takes between 2-5 days, depending on the customers needs or desires. As far as price is concerned, there are too many variables. I see you are located in France, I can send you his information via PM if interested.

Couple more pics of the car sitting in the showroom, the bad lighting in the showroom does absolutely no justice to the car.

Thanks, yes please PM me the info. I make it over to KMCC from time to time and might to schedule something. There is a Swissvax center here in Paris but their base detail starts at around 900 euros. They specialize in collectible cars though, like Bugattis (the old ones).

I'm sure he does good work but 2-5 DAYS... I can see 2 days on a car that needs extensive paint correction, rock chips filled and some light color sanding but FIVE... I'll keep doing it myself.

Can you send me some info also. I pretty much just need the car waxed no corrections or anything. Also is it easier to scrape of millions of bugs that I kill daily after that wax is applied?

If all you want it a wax just do it yourself.

And yes, EVERYTHING comes off easier when you have it waxed/sealed.

That's cool, these bugs are really gettin' on my nerves. I may try to wax the car but I prefer not to have to do that myself. lol

Why? It's not hard and it's SO much more satisfying doing it yourself. Kinda like the difference between driving and being chauffeured.

Wheel Resurfacing

Little off topic, but do the good folks at Swissvaxx do wheel resurfacing?

Have a little curb rash I'd like to fix.

Thanks

Swissvax is a brand of wax, not a shop. I don't know if they do wheel refinishing since it's not something detailers typically do.

Knowing my luck, I would spend all my money getting the car detailed like that, then as soon as I drive off it would rain all over it, then all these damn birds around here would use my car for target practice.

And you'd STILL be better off than if you didn't do it. Despite popular belief, detailing isn't done to make a car pretty, it's done to protect the paint. Pretty is just a nice byproduct of the process.

Bah, protect the paint. I just buy a new car whenever the paint needs to be protected...at least that is how it seems sometimes

I prefer to do to do all the detailing/waxing myself. I'm too picky to let anyone else do it.

Talk to Mathias over at PCS in E'hof. He can hook you up with a shop that does repairs on wheels.
