Buying a 335i in the states

I was wondering if anyone here knew that if i were to buy a 335i in the States and bring it up to Canada could i get it serviced at a BMW dealership here or must i always go to the dealer i bought it from?

A US dealer can't sell a car in Canada,they could loose their franchise !If it's a pre owned at least a year from the date of first service, they can sell to Canadians !
