Bought my '01 330ci from T&C when they were at Yonge and Steeles but serviced the car at Parkview. They have treated me very well there. Just bought my E90 335 from them last week. Got a good deal from them and it was a pleasant experience.

me too
there was once i went for service and they overcharged me 35 dollars on my credit card, instead of refunding it outright the service advisor wanted to keep it as a credit for future service..'maybe get a wiper next time' i thought that was improper, i had to make a fuss to get my refund...anyway that dude is now service manager there now!!

another time i went in asking about inspection II and asked a different service guy why it cost that much, his response was 'its a whole day sevice' instead of detailing out exactly what they do during the inspection...very improper..anyway as it turns out they wanted just over 1000 dollars, and when i asked bmw mississauga they only charged just over 900 dollars

my vote goes to mississauga and budds

Three purchases at Town+Country. Neutral rating from me.

I get my service done at BMW Mississauga and have never had a problem with them. Very helpful. Sometimes I'll stop by on my lunch just to say "wassup" to a couple of the SA's.

Same here - i've had a couple of bad experiences at Parkview.
I recommend Autohaus (Yonge & Steeles)

At Parkview - first the lady was rude while trying to stick me with a $75 parking ticket which I supposedly recieved on a loaner 5 - after some squabbling, she says, look i can fax it so you can see for yoruself... She faxed it, i looked, and the ticket was issued 1 year ago to someone else (on the loaner). Honest mistake i guess... but she tried to shift blame, and no apology, just said "Oh well, guess you don't have to worry about it then"

More importantly: I went in for my 1 year oil service to Parkview (because i live closer downtown now) and they said it's 18 months before the free oil change. Repeatedly. So i was going to go buy some oil at Autohaus to do the change myself, and they (Autohaus) said, it's been 1 year - i'm covered for the oil serice.

Go to Autohaus and talk to Zul. Very accomodating.

Ya, I think the best thing you can do is take a recommendation on a CA; the CA seems to matter a lot more than the actual dealership when it comes to the sale. Less so on service, though.

Why almost 90% of people working at any BMW dealers are f...n ignorant and rude. Man so far all sells rep that I dealt with where stuck up MF. They are like buy it or dont waste my time
If I could I would buy my car online directly. I dont know where I will buy my next bimmer.

I am sure there are some passionate people at the BMW dealers I just had no pleasure to meet them.

I know what you mean, when I went into BMW Toronto the first time I got nothing but disinterest and attitude. I'm lucky I got connected with my CA at Parkview through a friend; he is a total car guy and is honest and very straight forward. I've recommended him a number of times already and will definitely deal with him again when my lease is up.

I used to work in the Service Department at Parkview... best guy there?
Take it to Fong Chan - Service Advisor. Tell him Chris sent you.

He's a straight shooter, knows about modding and loves to track so he understands all the AM BMW enthusiasts.

I've dealt with two CAs in particular, one at Budds and one at BMW Mississauga, I'd recommend either of them. I've only dealt with the service dept at Budds, and it was very good. Amazingly, the detail department at Mississauga isn't half bad for a dealership.
