Thanks for the heads up.

So that leaves me with Eastside, Chaplin, and Walkers.

I also don't get the point of an Internet Department if all they do is call you back and treat you like a walk-in customer. I thought the point of the Internet Department is to deal OVER THE INTERNET. NO!? I found was totally baffled by it.

no prob, glad i can help

i heard eastside is a good dealership, but i've never been there before.

i agree with you, internet department is only to give customers quote but still require them to go to the dealership. what a waste.

Looking for something to go to work with. Can't really park the M3 at the VA all that often without having to worry about the vandals.

Thanks~ Chaplin seems like the most responsive of the bunch at the moment. I have not heard from Eastside yet. Walkers sounded like a high pressure sales pitch on the phone and no response to my email.

I have found that Chaplin's service is good. However, the old geezer who drives the shuttle is so unbelievably slow that it took an hour to get me to work back in Redmond after stepping into his van. This happened to me twice. The first time I politely notified the service manager. After the second time I stopped going there.

This was a couple years ago. They may have gotten rid of the driver since then.

I have been very happy with Carter Subaru. I sold my STi years ago, but they always took excellent care of me. They're also open very early to very late, which was convenient with my schedule. Open weekends too.
