I came down from Jersey with cash and I had full intention of buying this car, you could have at least had the courtesy to tell me before I showed up that you were planning on selling it to someone who was coming the DAY AFTER I came to see it. Very unprofessional.

If I didn't tell you through text, phone or email that there was another potential buyer coming from Austin - you're right - that is completely my fault. I really thought I told you that, but I corresponded with nearly 40 people last week (including setting up six perspective appointments to see it) - so there is a possibility that I dropped the ball. If so, I am sorry. Anyway, I really wasn't trying to be a d*ck. But I hope you find another e39 that you like soon... |

No worries man, I know selling a car like this on forums becomes a a small job, but I had several email, phone, and text conversations and not one time was a buyer from Austin mentioned until I arrived to see the car in person. I know you're intentions were not malicious. The car was mint as you described in the ad, someone really got a great car
