disconnected engine sensor, just reconnect it. Did you buy used? it could be a sign of the previous user modifying the car.

Damn, wouldnt think the car had mods, some old dude drove it..but oh well. Does it make difference if it isnt connected? cause i just stuck it on there. Seems like it wouldnt do much

Its the connector for the hood switch. If you had an alarm a hood switch would be mounted near the microfilter and that connector would be plugged into it. Your car is prewired for an alarm but because you do not have it installed the connector and its harness are just tucked away.
