WTB or WTT: E92/93 standard seats (non-sport)

None

Item Interest
Just bought up a 2007 335i convertible, sports package in gray leather. As I'm larger than an average guy, while I can appreciate the benefits of the side bolsters, I find the sports seats way less comfortable than the standard premium seats.

If anyone has a set of standard E92/93 seats (gray preferably, but willing to re-upholster if necessary) that they want to sell or trade for my sport seats, please let me know. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

2006 330i non-sports seats

I have a pair of front seats from a 2006 330i e90 sedan in gray that are also heated that I would trade for your sport seats.

Let me know if you're interested, I'm in Santa Monica.

Hey, I have a set of standard black leather e92 seats i'm willing to trade. Let me know since we are local as well. OP, lemme know if you are interested and email me cbbplanet@gmail.com since you can't PM yet.

PS. ^ amazanman1, your e90 seats wouldn't fit in the e93 unless he doesn't need the folding seats option and passengers have to jump in to the rear seats.

e90/e92 Seats Won't Work for an E93

Never mind, just looked at some pictures of an e93 convertible, your seats also have your seat belts built into them to the side of the headrests, so although I thought e90/e92 seats are intercangeable (except for the front folding thing for rear access), you'd have to get another e93 convertible owner to swap with you.

And you're right, totally forgot about the front folding capability of the e92 seats, but yours won't work for him either.

If anyone else has some sports seats in gray leather that are heated in exchange for e90 non-sports also with heat, let me know.

Plus, I think I read that BMW supposedly puts some kind of treatment on the leather of the BMW seats in the convertibles to make them reflect the sun so they don't get as hot with the top down.

I don't know if you're still looking but I have a pair of grey standard, non-sport seats in my e92. I'd DEFINITELY be willing to work out a trade for your sport seats - they HUG ME so perfectly! (no homo) lol. PLEASE PM or email me! Thanks a lot!
