FS: QUAIFE LSD for 335i and vishnu XEDE computer

hi guys sadly ive had to trade down to an X5 from my E92 335i due to growing numbers of children - however it presents an opportunity for anyone that wants to add some pep to their 335i and/or embarrass M3s!

1. Vishnu XEDE computer and harness for 335i also suits 535i and 135i $400
this allows user changeable and selectable maps, overboost protection, is fully integrated into the BMW functions such as low boost until oil up to temperature, boost blending on gear shift and is invisible to BMW service! can be flashed with Manual, Auto or DSG maps free from Vishnu - more details at www.vishnutuning.com - installs in 15 mins!

2. QUAIFE limited slip differential for E92 335I.

The ultimate performance upgrade for your 335i.

Bought from Birds - the UKs premier BMW tuning company. full information at: http://www.birdsauto.com/quaife/default.aspx?make=BMW

Check out the transformation it makes to handling at:

Removed from a car now sold after only 10,000kms this can be yours. Had to sell my 335 as wife had a baby, my loss your gain!

How did you get the diff out?
I thought that if it had a welded ring gear, you would need to take the whole car in to have the ring gear modified.

ummm my model was prior to welded ring gear, in any event it was performed by QUAIFE in the UK. what i am selling is a complete diff incl housing - you simply swap it out and away you go - only with more traction!

perhaps a picture will better illustrate...Name: 335i quaife inner.jpg

LSD Diff

Check birds site. Maybe you can answer this.
Was you car a auto or manual.
Is there a difference between E90 to E92
Will this diff fit a 2007 E90 335i sedan auto.
Will I need extra parts to fit.
Straight swap?
Thanks.

hello,

the diff will fit straight in - in place of your existing diff. takes someone who has experience with BMWs about 30 mins.

Its from an auto. there is no diff ratio difference between a sedan and a coupe. My car was build December 2007 so should be no issues whatsoever.

Still interested.
How much do want for it?
Do you still have receipt for it.
Would like to cross reference part numbers to double check compatability with my car.
Thanks.

i'm looking for $2.5K - it cost me $5k incl freight when i bought it.

It was without doubt the most noticeable performance and handling improvement ive made to any car - and it did not compromse ride/ handling or economy in any way unile changing suspension.

I will dig around for the receipt but worst case ill reconnect with birds in UK and verify whatever information you're after.

I would love to get it, but the ratio is all wrong for my gearbox.
Perhaps I could buy it and then get a new Crown & Pinion from diffsonline...
