You'll have issues with rear wheels.

My bro in law had 18x10 +20 with 265/35/18 on his e92....it fit w/o rubbing by:
1. rolling fenders - full roll
2. -2.8 camber

Pretty slammed - lower than H&R sport height for sure...no rubbing even with full capacity - 4 ppl & full tank.....i think it could be because he has really stiff suspension setup.

With a 245 you may still have some rubbing issues during compression. This setup is about 19mm more aggressive then what the recommended 10 +38 fitment for E9x bodies is. With the 10" +38, you can already achieve a pretty flush rear fitment without the need of any fender work. 19mm more aggressive will require fender pulling and camber as well.

You can make this fitment work, but it will all depend on how much elbow grease you are willing to use to allow them to fit properly.
