In Puerto Rico prices are raised anywhere from 15 to 33% after taxes.

cars are more expensive here than in the states, if i lived in the states i would probably have a coupe 335i


just so you get an idea the 105k M6 is 150k here in PR

Fair prices are relative depending if you're the seller or buyer.
You didn't mention metallic paint or a standard color.
Figure around $37375 w/o metallic paint ... + $430 w/metallic paint.

BimmerEnvy - its just Alpine White. i paid 40,400 including tax and everything ( no more added fees). the car came out 37,500 and change. is this a fair price?

The salesan at the one and only dealership in Kansas City told me that they won't even look at invoice when it comes to pricing the car, because the market is "too hot right now" for the 3 series. He said they offer $1k off MSRP, plain & simple. This was for a e90, but I think it was also applicable to the e92. That being the case, a new 3 is too expensive for me.
