+1. There won't be any used 335i out for at least a year...granted that some folks will trade in the 335i for the new m3.

And the 335i's in general are very limited in the United States, most dealerships only have a couple. This is why a lot of ppl have to order theirs.

IMO, just fork up another $5,000 and order a new 335i...you won't get it fully equipped, but you can add sports and navi to it.

4,000 miles is hardly used...why should they give you a deal when they know they can sell that car for sticker no problem? The name of the game is to make as much money as you can.

When I was at the dealership putting my order for the 335i, a couple actually bought one for $2,000 ABOVE MSRP. The 335i is a hot selling car, dealerships won't have a hard time selling them for whatever they want so this is why they won't work with you.

That's so unfortunate, they probably had no knowledge/experience buying a BMW. I was like that on my test drive, only my principles dictated I could not pay list. I was talking to a guy in the lot and I told him the CA wouldn't budge off list. He told me to wait until next week when she's calling you, you'll be getting 1500+ off list. I was skeptical, but in retrospect, he had already purchased several BMWs from that dealership and was in the know. What he said unfolded the following week as if he were a fortune-teller.

Yes, when I was looking into the car, I told myself that no matter what, I would not pay more than MSRP for it.

I believe internet sales managers have helped me tremendously. Instead of going from dealership to dealership, like in the old days. I emailed several dealerships and talked to them via emails for a week or so. The best I got my pricing was down to $900 over invoice.

RRG007... you will not find a 335 for 40k used at this time. All dealers in my area dont even have a car to show at this time. IT IS VERY HOT.

WJ4 - how much did you pay for your car bro...

wow I was gonna suggest ED but even then the car alone would cost ~ $42k ($600 over invoice) with Premium (xenons come standard).
