Is it easy to replace fog light housing?

Hi,

Just noticed that the mounting tab on my passenger side front fog light is broken. The fog light is pushed back slightly, and there's a 7-10cm gap from the bumper to the clear housing (where it would normally sit flush).

Not sure how it happened, part is pretty cheap online, just wondering if this is an easy DIY, does anyone have any experience with this?

Are there any electrical components within or attached to the housing besides the bulb?
