Nearing end of Maintenance Plan... advice needed

So my maintenance plan ends this December. What are some of the things I should look into getting done/replaced within the next few months?

Are there any key/trigger words that I can use to initiate certain improvements? I've heard that if I say I hear my "wastegate rattle" that I can get that replaced.

Advice please.

Surely there has got to be some advice out there on how to best leverage/take advantage of the last few months of the Maintenance Plan?

wastgate rattle is a warranty issue. maintenance applies to fluids and brakes which is covered by wear/cbs, not because your warranty is expiring.

What do I need to do to get a new set of the dust-free brake pads that I'm hearing about? I assume that BMW will only replace pads that are worn to the point of needing to be replaced?

You may be lucky enough to get by ...by telling them your brakes are squeaking during slow starts (after stops); I hear it all the time when I get to my parking garage. There's also a TSB about it as well (or search through the forums, you'll see what I'm talking about).

Seems like you're trying to get free stuff before your warranty expires? Get a detailed inspection to find out any problems if any.

Is it worth paying 2500 for extended Maintence warranty for cpo? I got 3 months or 3000 miles left? Don't know what to do!!!
