Spring installation problem

Just got the Dinan spring, the installation for the rears are easy. But for the front I am confuses the order of the parts go. I tried #6 on top of #7 just like the diagram shown, but it just don't looks right to me. Where #6 suppose to go? Concave up or down? Please help, thanks.

Never mind, I think I fixed the problem. I think #6 is just sitting on top of #9.
