I believe i did 18lbs on my drain and fill plug. Bentley manual has 2 diff torques depending in the type of plug.
M12 x 1.5 18ft-lb
M18 x 1.5 26 ft-lb

Just snugg them down until they are tight. 25 lbft is about right. It's not that critical.
