120mph with everything & very little

Joined the 120mph club with
everything (full weight)
and with very little mods

JB3 2.0 with 105octane with just cp-e midpipes, bms drop-in, and VK intercooler.
The first and only 135 to enter 120mph without weight reduction and the use of meth

Did you see the light turn green and just chill for a second or what? 12.4 seems really high for a 120mph trap speed....

There were 3-4 oil spills at the staging area last night
Couldn't be as agressive out of the hole as normal. I have plenty of other slips showing strong 60's & quicker 1/8ths. Just wasn't happening last night

With that mph seems like the op is having problems with traction, that's why that mph with high et's.

yea your traps were always on the high side. Something is fishy, I ran 12.3-12.4 @ 116 but here is the funny part. At the 1/8th I also ran a 8.1 however at 91, which is lower than your 1/8th trap. Then you procede to put 4mph in the back half on me however gain no ET? Different tracks I guess.

This is why its a good idea to run a Vbox also. Sometimes Satellites are more consistant than the different tracks..

DUDE, the reaction time has absolutely nothing to do with the ET.

You could sit at the light for 20 seconds and still run a 12.40. The time it takes to travel the 1/4 mile starts when your tire leaves the staging beams, not when the green light illuminates.

All of those slips are from the same track.
Traction just wasn't there coming out of the hole. And I'm usually VERY good at feeling the "breaking point" of having traction and spinning a tad.

Lets look at my previous fastest mph, previous quickest ET, and this 120mph pass. It's nothing too magical here.

(previous fastest mph 119.93)
1/4 Mile ET: 12.242
1/4 Mile MPH: 119.93
1/8 Mile ET: 8.046
1/8 Mile MPH: 92.590
0-60 Foot ET: 2.038
(previous quickest ET 11.99)
1/4 Mile ET: 11.993
1/4 Mile MPH: 118.260
1/8 Mile ET: 7.824
1/8 Mile MPH: 93.120
0-60 Foot ET: 1.908
(NEWEST the 120mph run)
1/4 Mile ET: 12.331
1/4 Mile MPH: 120.780
1/8 Mile ET: 8.184
1/8 Mile MPH: 93.560
0-60 Foot ET: 2.141

I am simply comparing your et/mph at the 1/8th and and 1/4 vs mine. Let me know how this is possible...

So we were even at the 1/8th, you ended up going 4 mph faster than me by the 1/4, however you mangange to gain almost ZERO et. Sure sounds like different tracks read different to me.

Clap your car is probably just laying down in 4th. Maybe some KR there for you? Remember OP is auto and you are manual.

clearly your 1.900 60ft vs my 2.14 60ft is gonna pull more in the 1st half than in the second half.
Your 330 also shows 5.3 vs my 5.5.
My power curve is just different.

Your car doesn't explain my previous runs at the exact same track.
