VMR wheels with Yokohama Advan Neova AD08

Finally my VMR wheels with Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 are on my car.
Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 are rare in Europe because for some reason you can’t buy them here. Thanks to Jurrian from EAS I got them for reasonable price.

What are the sizes of the wheels (with offsets) and tires? You are on stock sport suspension?

Looks to be the recommended fitment which is a 8.5 +40 front and a 9.5 +33 rear with a 235/265 combo.

Car looks great with this setup! Definitely a great setup with those tires!

Yes that’s the size of my rims and tires and I have the M sport suspension.
However, I have a problem with rear wheels clearance. When I hit a bump my rear tires scrape the wheel well. Any idea how to fix that?

Do they scape on the inside or the outside part of the wheel well? If on the outside you can roll the fenders with the appropriate tool.

I am going to have wheels that are the same size soon, but ET 35 front and ET 35 rear offsets. I want to run the same tire sizes as you. I have the performance suspension which may be a little lower than M sport. I guess I will need to roll fenders. Those yokohama tires are known to have square sidewalls and run wider than other tires.

Thanks for your information.

Roll the fenders on the outside, or dial in a little extra camber and it will solve it

The tires scrape on the inside of the wheel well. I wonder if the European M sport suspension is lower then in the US. Maybe the plastic inner well can be raised a little or I will have to use the non sport rear springs.

Increasing camber is a good idea. I will try that first.
