Hey Guys! Quick Question!
Alright so my friend got a g35 coupe it sound awesome he put a cold air intake in it and wow does it sound good not just the intake but the car it self it purrs at you. So i was wondering how can i get that sweet sound out of my BMW 325I 2006, I have done nothing to my car and would like to start. I dont wanna spend a Crapload of money on it just wanted to do something simple to work towards that sound! Thanks guy! I plan on haveing this car for another few years so i wanna get it right!

AFE intake and MMW CS muffler with a res delete is the best mod all around, very cost effective too

my girlfriend had an 06 g35 that is an awesome sounding car. i dont know your definition of crapload but to make you car sound better i would think it gonna cost about $2k to do it right. as far as sounding like that i dont know that it will not saying it wont sound good but i doubt it will be quite like that.

many of them sell it, but i actually got mine from autoanything.com, and if you are good enough at googling, you should find a VERY nice coupon code. I think I got mine for 250 total with free shipping and a free hydroshield to protect intake from debris/water. They also sell AFE. Both are good, but I don't like the sound of the AFE. The injen sounds great, especially at the high RPMS!

it costs 400 for an afe, and about 450 for mmw.... install the afe yourself and add about 40 bucks for install of mmw cs and you are maybe at 1000. maybe. if you spend 2 grand to make your car sound good.... you have spent way too much.

afe over injen for sure. heat shield makes a difference, and its a better intake, personally

haha well, last time I checked it was, havent exactly been in the market for one in a few years.
Update on the MMW CS muffler... I have driven it around a good bit, and it has re-broken in and sounds even better than it did from day 1, which was still awesome. Also, on the highway, it is quieter than stock even with a res delete. droning actually went down. This morning was one of the first cool mornings I have had in a while, and when I started the car up, I almost melted the start up sounded so good. If you are hesitating... dont
