BMS powerbox installation help

Weird Buzzing sound from ECU box once I re-insert the smaller connector into the ECU (when i push the slider back in) this is the step before connecting PBX box to the harness on page 26 of installation guide.

Any idea what this buzzing is? I disconnected the connector to avoid the sound. I will re-check all the connections tomorrow morning. Just wondering if anyone experienced something similar?

I have a 325 2.5l (EURO/Asia spec).. I noticed for the Small grey sub connector my pin 7 is actually white with yellow stripe rather than plain white as stated in the instruction manual. O_o does this matter?

Manual says: "Small gray subconnector:
PBX yellow - pin 7 (white)"

Hope I didn't fry anything.

update: fixed it. the problem was i put the grey/black subconnector in the wrong slots (black in grey and vice versa) (even though i thought it was impossible.. i managed to do it that way) thus they were stuck in there. pain in the a$$ to get back out.. for people installing on your own.. don't rush and don't force anything in.

That's the correct one - white with yellow stripe. My car is the same - 09 USA model. The manual needs to be updated...

Any ideas what the buzzing sound is?

i have re-checked all the wiring but can't get the black and grey subconnectors out again (they seem to be stuck in the ECU holder)

I don't have the buzzing sound, so I'm not sure what's causing it. Keep the cover open and try listening to it to pin point where the issue is?
