Dyno Day??
Guys, anyone interested in a dyno day?
I suggest November 20th at MAC Autosport. They have a dynojet and it's RWD/AWD, so for us knuckleheads that decided to buy the AWD version and be slow. Just called MAC If we get 10 cars, we can get a deal from $65 for 3 pulls to $55 for 3 pulls.. But we need 10 cars to get that discount. If we have less than 10, it will just be the normal $65 rate per car for 3 pulls. So to give a bit more detail. We'd probably start mid morning and hang for a good portion of the day. Once we have 10 guys, I'll get more details. So if you know anyone that would like to go (not just BMW) we'd love to have them. http://www.macautosport.com/index.ph...d=19&Itemid=35 List of folks interested thus far: forza1976 (matt) bimmer this (vincent) racey335 (craig) ar design (andrew) mattsfeir (matt) alibrahim (Mohammed) original786 (faraz) alfred (alfred) dragonqb4 (colin) *** I am looking for FIRM interest. If I schedule something and you back out and there is money involved you will be liable to pay the missed dyno session. *** Last edited by forza1976; 10-15-2010 at 05:27 PM.. |

that's fine. It's just getting everyone to agree on an certain date. How about we pick a date. Everyone that agreess has to pay that amount. When that day comes, that person that backs out looses thier money and to all those who went ghet to use that money for booze and hoes!

That works for me...
How about November 6th? Gives everyone a bit of time to determine if they can go. |

Alfred, at least then you will have a baseline!! They are valuable to have.
Oh, and I will have to add the caveat that this is completely weather dependent for me....if there is snow on the road, the 3 won't be leaving the garage since all it wears are summer tires...guess I could dyno my 5-series, lol! Last edited by raceyBMW; 10-10-2010 at 12:44 PM.. |
