how to put dual Exhaust in e92 325.
hey guys. i know it sounds stupid and such a waste of money. cuz ppl been telling me to get 335 instead. but, i have no options to change my car to 335, and i really like the 335 dual exhaust style. so. is it possible to install remus quad into my 325 e92?. and if it is possible could you tell me how to and also the approx price in USD? thanks

Get a oem 335 bumper $3-500. Go to an exhaust shop and have them make you custom exhaust piping $100.

Don't know how easy it is but should be similar to the 328.

djasonz is correct for the most part. The E92 328i has more storage space if inlude the area where a spare tire would of been (boot?). The extra storage comparment is where the 2nd muffler and heat shield would of been.
If you care about performance your going to lose backpressure by installing a dual muffler exhaust system. If you really want "the look" just buy a 335i rear bumper and custom a bracket hang a muffler tip.

You don't even need to buy the 335i bumper, it sounds like you're on a budget, you can cut a hole on the other side of the bumper to match the existing one. Well a good exhaust shop can cut you one anyway - after heating the plastic they just carve a hole.
Then they'll make you up some piping and you can get a set of tips to match your existing ones or tips of your choosing. |

I'm seriously considering doing this. I really like the exhaust on the 328i and if I could find a matching set of tips for the other side I'd do it in a second! |

thanks for the replies guys. what is backpressure btw?.. and i think i want to get something simillar to the 328 eisenmann quad Exhaust. but i dont really like the sound of it. i like something more Mature (Deeper Sound), and i kinda like the Hamman Quad Exhaust style more(the quad exhaust is more closer to the center) but is it going to be hard to custom my diffuser?. thanks
