Hit a bump, SES is now on
I hit a moderately sized bump with my 328xi, SES went on almost immediately, no loss of power or weird noises.
Pulled into a gas station, re-tightened the gas cap, checked under the car / in the engine bay and couldn't see anything wrong. Any suggestions before I go borrow a code reader and read the code later? Can I still drive the car? thanks, |

You killed some sensor. Might be O2 sensor. Not sure what senses temperature back there. If the code doesn't come back you're fine.

e90's are extremely sensitive. there are sensors for damn nearly everything. my dash looked like a christmas tree after i swapped out my suspension because my alignment was out of whack.
