I talked directly to BMWNA and told them I wanted out of my lease early to buy an M3 and they said ok. Of-course they reviewed my account first and seen that I have been in the shop almost every other month for the past two years though. So I went to Schomp prepared for a fight on the M3 price and they just told me that they were going to sell me the car at cost. Options at cost too!

Still, a little worried about the higher payment but I think it will all be ok. Cant pass up this opportunity to buy a car at cost!

Can't wait to see it homey... How much is your monthly payment going to be now, between 1000 and 1100? Aren't they running insane financing right now... 1.9% for 60 months... I think it was .9% for 24 months...

I looked at one Murray had on their showroom floor two weeks ago and they ran the numbers, over a 5 year finance it was only going to be $3600 in finance charges. Unbelievable deal for an M product. Just wish the price wasn't 70k to start... yikes

No way homie! I plan on paying no more then 800 a month. I am either going to lease it or do BMW select. I think the BMW select program is pretty cool if you dont want 1100 dollar payments. I did the math and although there is a balloon due at the end of the BMW select term, the value of the car is the same as the residual on a lease which means that is roughly what the car will be worth. So then the plan is to refinance the balloon and pay this sucker off. Needless to say, I am going to be paying on it for a while but hey, its a 70 thousand dollar car!

You know what is insane right now...The E93 deals that are going on right now. The base price is a good couple thousand more however, the deals are so much better that people are getting way better payments on E93s than E92s or E90s.

I made sure to check the math because I didnt want to end up owing 40k on a 30k car in a couple years.

Your paying on a car what I am almost paying on my townhouse.....

Thats nuts man, but still, if you can afford it, then why the heck not. Live while you can, thats my motto.

Matt....you lucky ass. Im giving you 1 piece of advice......Midnight Friday night, House of Blues, Mandalay Bay.......$20, STEEL PANTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!! 80's rock cover band/comedy SHOW and they play their own music too. I saw them twice this summer out there when I went for other concerts. They were the highlight of both trips and I saw Aerosmith (my favorite band and the best ive seen them) and Billy Idol (who I also love live, awesome show). They just simply rock and are funny as shit. Its a great time. They are coming to Denver Dec 17th, I got my tickets 3 weeks ago.

Also, your dads should come, it was a blast, we all had fun. We can have even more fun this year if we can get some others come out with us (hint hint)

I cant wait for this weekend either...going to Tampa for the weekend with a few friends for halloween....Im going as Tiger Woods, the morning after he got beat up, LOL, black eye and such. Im hitting on every cocktail waitress I see. I think one of the girls going with us might dress up as Elin, hahaha.

Sid, if I did that with an M3 I would have been living in it instead of my house, haha. So I compromised, lol......nothing wrong with financing though, I sometimes wish I would have put less down on my place and financed the car for some of the amount. You'll be the envy of us now though with that beast....they are just sweeeeeeeeeeeeetttttt.

Matt, check this vid out...its one of Steel Panthers vids. (contains offensive lyrics which are highly hysterical, not suitable for uptight individuals) (at the 2:50 mark the guitarist screws up on purpose, hes legit, a former instructor at the guitar institure in LA)

Trust me.....worth the $20 and the time you arent gambling I plan on seeing them every single change I get, they change their set up enough that you can without it getting old.

Thanks for the tips David, I've got a pretty busy schedule out there as we have 28 people going this weekend so this probably won't happen for me. Big birthday bash for one of them. Pretty crazy.

You know I've actually been to the broadway show "rock of ages" out in NYC last year and it was similar. Definitely a good time so I imagine this is as well.

Yea but this isnt a broadway show, this is an actual band that is raunchy, filthy, funny, vulgar and just plain badass 80's hair/glam metal. They actually are on the list to get nominated for best 'comedy' album this year for the grammy's. I plan on seeing them while at Mfest, get the free booze wherever we do and then head over for this show!

Sounds like fun though, large group trips to Vegas is always a good time. I made 2 trips in 3 weeks in August and it was too much too soon, coupled with Mfest and prior trips last year, Im Vegas'd out until Mfest. I mean, had I actually WON money, Id probably not be so sour haha.

Have fun, be sure to stay hydrated, and take plenty of pics, its Halloween weekend afterall, EXRTA slutty apparal being worn by the girls....Im taking my digicam, my HD camcorder, a flip cam and my iphone 4......64 gigs of storage with all that too....overkill????? heck no, not this weekend
