Invoice pricing and real order costs / lease rates

Has anyone seen any invoice pricing yet and is anyone who has ordered willing to share any details of negotiation they managed to do. Given it's brand new I was curious to see if the dealers are coming down from MSRP.

So, did you get any of the lease rates?

Any idea if that's dealer markup?

Otherwise that's insane. It's higher than the MF on any of their current lease offers according to http://www.leasecompare.com/auto_lea...0c6f0d9fb9ae81 and would make a lease on the base 35i with no options cost more than a well-equipped X5 35i.

No reason to believe this, but I'm guessing these are just the highest stock rates for a BMW, and once the car is actually in the pipeline, BMWFA will announce better deals. They did something similar with the 2011 X5, I think. I'm hoping they try to undercut the current Q5 deal, which is $539 a month loaded with the Premium package and $2500 down. If they don't why would anyone look at a BMW?

Here you go.

Only thing I'm not sure of is if there's holdback for BMW dealers...

Garage List
2009 335ix  [0.00]
1987 Turbo Cab  [0.00]
2011 X3 3.5  [0.00]
Edmunds.com has a invoice price for the new X3, but in general the Invoice pricing is MSRP - 7% on the vehicle and List - 9% on options. Sometimes we forget about the profit in the options in our negotiation and leave money on the table.
