ar design has another sales/marketing position open.

We are looking for someone to come in full time, and drive our sales AND marketing to the next level, both on a local scale as well as world wide. We market and sell a number of proprietary products that are built in house, as well as a large variety of other companies' products. We specialize in automotive performance products, with an emphasis on German vehicles, but are looking to expand into every market with opportunity.

Requirements:
[*]Strong automotive background, with extensive experience in the aftermarket performance industry
[*]Strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Professional, friendly, likeable presence and demeanor
[*]Must be able to multi-task.
[*]Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients
[*]Proven performer in the sales field with an ability to drive sales, generate new leads, and bring on new clients. Must be a "GO GETTER". Develop, plan and execute a sales strategy.
[*]Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.
[*]Need to be able to follow directions meticulously, show up on time, and get the job DONE.
[*]Self-maintained organizational skills
[*]Self-imposed time management abilities

Functions, responsibilities:
[*]Contact performance shops and wholesalers by way of telephone and face-to-face meetings in order to introduce our product line, as well as the product lines we carry.
[*]Maintain and build a list of prospects through our ACT Contact management software.
[*]Create and distribute marketing materials for prospective businesses and clients, aid in website content development, and more.
[*]Create and promote sales programs, special promotions and more with retailers.
[*]Manage Facebook, Twitter, and other online social media accounts
[*]Help develop our e-commerce website by uploading products and descriptions, creating discounts and promotions to drive sales, take pictures of new products, write product descriptions and press releases for vendors and media/magazines
[*]Manage and continue to grow our online presence on message boards/forums. Run all aspects of online sales via website AND forums.
[*]Establish a presence in the Colorado performance market as a resource for performance parts, fabrication, and more.
[*]Aid in the eventual hiring and oversight of associate sales team members.
[*]Track and keep records concerning prospects and sales activity within sales team.
[*]Establish, track and achieve sales goals.
[*]Attend sales events and trade shows.
[*]Perform other duties as assigned to compliment the sales position.

We are looking to grow our sales volume and customer base exponentially - and we need a dedicated, driven individual to get it DONE. Pay is commission and results based. Man, you two knuckleheads don't give me any credit. Keep in mind I rebuilt my engine on my Mustang back in high school. Solid cam/lifters, brand new cylinder heads 1.92/1.60, short block rebuild, 650 double pumper, 3500 stall converter, spool in the rear-end...
