It should be on the driver's door jamb, however, I drive mostly alone and run mine towards the lower end of the range - 30 front and 32 rear. Same for RFT's when I had them.

They aren't in the manual - only on the driver's door plate. I don't know if the car is saloon or coupe but the coupe for 17" is 2 bar front and 2.2 bar rear, without heavy load.

According to the sticker on the door post, for a 59 reg 320D M-Sport saloon up to 4 passengers max:-
Front 2.3 bar Rear 2.5 bar I have had no prob with these pressures driving single. |

Interesting. I've got a 57 plate E90 320d SE running 17" 160 style wheels. Door plate says Front 2.1 bar, rear 2.6. I always tend to run 0.1 bar above this.
