10' Xi auto w. Giac S1 and SES light

Giac S1 and SES light Had the car flashed in the summer and its ran great and problem free since. I dont think this problem is tune related because when I went into reduced power/limp mode there was no stuttering or anything else to make me think it was the engine. This is what happens, in D or DS... At ~4k, reproducible, at the same RPM, I feel a stutter, sort of like a clutch slipping, a sorta grinding feeling and trembling in the whole car and limp mode. Has anybody seen anything like this? I get the feeling its something to do with the AWD system. The roads are dry, and no I dont have BTscanner.
