Please tell me its a train horn and you're planning on mounting an air tank in the storage compartment.

I saw them under the headlights when I removed my front bumper to install Xenon lights in my car. One one each side.

Are both horns under the headlight? Or is there only 1 and the other one is behind the headlights

IT's attached to the bumper, not the bumper cover.

Just carry a portable air horn with you - does the trick just fine.

There is one underneath each headlight. You should be able to remove the fender wells on each side of the front wheels to gain access to them. There are 11 hex screws and 1 nut to take off on each side to remove the fender well. Then you have to disconnect the tire pressure sensor, if equipped, and the panel comes right off. Make sure to turn the front wheels in the direction of the wheel you are working on in order to gain easy access to the screws.
