I was told that my car is on hold at the VPC in Oxnard due to a "campaign."

The vehicle requires campaign 10B76 Programming DCT. There is no information or instructions released yet. We won't be able to perform the campaign until this information is available.

I read about a DCT update about a month ago, but this must be newer.
Anybody heard of this?
