Look up info using a phone number?

Any know where I can (freely) look up info on a phone number?

It's this number:

Whoever it is sent threatening messages to my gf and I want to see what we can do.

Any help is appreciated

Update: He texted and apologized and said he won't do it again...

This was after she went to the police and reported it. they traced it and found him

i decided to take the number off

I don't like traffic cops but non-traffic cops rock

Good luck finding them bro.

But how do you know that's their number? My friends prank me sometimes with an app where you can specify the number you're calling from. So I've gotten calls from "John" on the ID when "Alex" is calling me instead. No harm in looking up that number though. Maybe threatening person is dumb.

it was a text not a call

only way the number is not 'real' is if it's through googlevoice or something similar

it's based in MD... carrier is New Cingular Wireless

That's all I've been able to find so far
