320ed Multi-function steering wheel buttons

I'm just in the process of spec'ing a company car 320ed and keep coming across this forum.

Can anyone kindly confirm what the 8 buttons are for on the steering wheel?

Some seem obvious, but others not so.

+ = volume up
- = volume down
face profile with sound waves = activate voice control?
phone icon = pick-up or hang-up phone call?
cd player with disk = change source?
3 arrows in a circle = internal air circulation?
arrow up = next (audio track or radio station)
arrow down = previous (audio track or radio station)

Thanks, without specifiying bluetooth or voice activation kit can those buttons be re-programmed or do they become dormant?
