Silver e90 with Quad Exhaust spotted!

On 495 towards Virginia, I spotted a silver e90 going very fast with Quad Exhaust. It wasnt like any other quad where its on the opposite ends, but these exhausts are more towards the middle. The exhaust seem to be bigger about the size of the e60 m5 exhausts. It had a lip spoiler similar to the Hartge's lip. From what I remember, the side has some type of indentation and the rear had a badge on the right side. I think it had like a slight black fade to the side. Anyone with this car on the board? It looked quite nice and at first I thought it was a H50, but im pretty sure its not since they only made one of them.
