The E46 M3 had...

Gutted Eisenmann Cat-back (-40-60lbs)
BBS CH Wheels (-sprung weight)
CSL Fiberglass trunk (-30lbs)

Otherwise stock..

Keep in mind the 335 had a passenger first run, and the second run the M3 did not even pull past the front fender when the335 started to hold the pull

Its a duke dynamics, if you look in my threads you can see all the work I had to do to make it look good.

And yes everyone the e46 just has exhaust wheels and a trunk, thats it.

I need to figure out why I am autotuning so low, in those races I am only running 10.5 psi and the car doesn't feel like it is pulling like it used to.

the M3 stock has 333hp, so its not crazy that it could beat a 335.

... however the 335i produces a lot more torque from the bottom end so ... we win

in a ~40 roll the m3 will probably stay in the high rev range so that isn't an issue, versus if it was from a dig

Yes, but like he said, the S54 makes all its power up top. In those races it was a roll from about 50 and he was in 3rd, so he is turning about 5.5-6k. That is when an e46 RIPS.
