Problem 6mt grinding into reverse need advise

Last week I had brought the car and the service adviser was there to witness my car grinding into gear. It actually occurred 4 times in a row. His shop foreman had the Gaul to tell me that since it's cold it's normal.

Now what would you in my situation? I'm a bit pissed about it.

Go to another dealer.

Problem is that it cannot be replicated at all because the weather is warmer. I might have to wait for next to show them.

Wouldn't you think that they should look into it if the service adviser saw it with their own eyes.

Go to another dealer. However, it COULD be because of the weather too.

Put it into 2nd or 1st before putting it into reverse. Smooth every time, I also get the cold grinds sometimes, doing that prevents it.
