Changing Brake Pads: Rotor Prep?

Howdy Guys,

Got some cool carbon pads to replace my OEMs on my 08' e92.

I am planning on retaining the OEM rotors. Is there any prep that should be done with the rotors (sanding, cleaning, whatever) to accommodate the new material associated with the CC pads?

Thanks Much!

Greg
