Reflash and the California smog program

I had a reflash(GIAC) recently, stage 1 and I did a pretest on my 07 E90 and I am pleased to announce that my car will pass the sniffer as well as the obdII test!Best compromise for me:I get great extra power, legally, reliably and without too much of a traction issue!
