Roommate in West LA/South Bay/Malibu/Santa Monica
Hey, I'm looking to move closer to work (Santa Monica) so I'm looking for a roommate. I'm planning on moving May 1st-June 1st but I can move sooner if necessary. Let me know if you or anyone you know is looking for a place. I don't really have any criteria for a roommate, except that you're not a total slob and no cigarette smoking in the house.
Apartment, condo, single family home, guest house $900-$1250/person (including utilities) Prefer not to share a bathroom Have a 7lb dog and a cat Needs to have off-street parking Laundry in-unit preferable Considering the following: Malibu Topanga Pacific Palisades Brentwood Santa Monica Venice Marina Del Rey Playa Vista Playa Del Rey El Segundo Manhattan Beach Thanks!
